- - Ensure samples are labeled clearly with unique alphanumeric IDs.
  - Verify DNA/RNA concentrations using Fluorometric methods (e.g., Qubit).
  - Samples should be shipped in 1.5ml nuclease-free microcentrifuge tubes.
  - Use parafilm to seal tube caps to prevent evaporation during transit.
