By accessing yaazhxenomics.com, creating an account, submitting samples, requesting a quote, or purchasing products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Yaazh Xenomics is an ISO-certified genomics laboratory offering DNA/RNA sequencing (Sanger & NGS), bioinformatics, analytical services, and the sale of laboratory kits, reagents and consumables through our online store. Service scope, specifications and deliverables are defined in the applicable quote, order or service agreement.

Client accounts require a valid email and accurate details; team accounts require admin approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide true, current and complete information and keep it updated.

You warrant that you have the legal right and any required consents/ethical approvals to submit samples for testing, and that samples are labelled accurately and shipped safely per our instructions and applicable biosafety/shipping regulations. We are not liable for delays or results affected by mislabelled, contaminated, degraded, insufficient, or improperly shipped samples. Hazardous or prohibited samples must not be sent.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Quotes are valid for the period stated (or 30 days by default). Some services are quoted on request after we review your requirements. Payment (full, partial, or as milestones) is made via our online payment gateway or other agreed methods before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may be placed unpaid and settled later from your dashboard where offered.

Turnaround times are good-faith estimates from the receipt of acceptable samples and cleared payment (where required) and are not guaranteed. Deliverables (data files, reports) are provided electronically through your client portal. Unless expressly stated for a specific clinical service, reports are for research/informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or advice.

Kits, reagents and consumables purchased from our store are subject to availability and to the product description at the time of order. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for confirming a product's suitability for your intended use and for handling/storing it per the manufacturer's instructions.

You retain ownership of your samples and the primary results/data generated specifically for your project. Yaazh Xenomics retains all rights in its website, branding, methods, pipelines, know-how and any general improvements. You may use deliverables for your stated purpose; our content may not be copied or reused without permission.

We treat your project information and results as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services and support, in line with our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymised, non-identifying operational data to improve our services.

Services are performed with reasonable skill and care to agreed specifications; beyond this they are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaazh Xenomics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to submit samples you are not authorised to test, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any binding arbitration/dispute-resolution clause in a signed service agreement, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its last-updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
